I haven't been able to tell mydaughter. She fell in love the minute I showed her Ben andthe Kits. "Mommy, do you think we could get one of thosebabies?" She asked me everyday since I found this board to show her anyphotos that were up. "Any of that bunny and his babiestoday?"

Her birthday was yesterday (she turned 9) so I didn't tell her anythingabout any of the bunnies being sick or killed. She will be sosad

I am still in shock over this. I still cannot believe this happened.This week has been horrible for all of us here. I've always wanted adog, but now I am seriously reconsidering it, with all that's beengoing on.

I'm speechless. I really don't know what to say.I'm in shock and have a feeling like a piece of me is missing. We allloved Ben and he will be greatly missed. But always remember that youhave tiny memories of him hopping around and they really are littleBen's. He left you the greatest gift of all, the babies. My heart goesout to you in this time of hardship.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and support. This is proving tobe one of the hardest deaths of a pet I have ever had to go through. Iam just miserable with grief right now, my only consolation is the sixbeautiful legacies he left behind for me. Thank you again for yoursupport in this really hard time for me.
