Baby Bunny Poop

Hi!
I'm just wondering I researched online about bunny poops and they should be lighter in color. What about baby bunnies? Is it ok if their poop is darker and smaller? He's only 7 weeks old. I am currently feeding him alfalfa hay and alfalfa hay based pellets. Is that too much protein? I'm thinking about adding some timothy hay to his diet.

He doesn't need both. You can keep the alfalfa based pellets and give him timothy hay instead. As long as his poop is well formed I wouldn't worry too much about the color unless its really something weird.
