baby bun grinding teeth

I just got my lionhead bunny tonight she's about 6 weeks old and o had her on my shoulder and she was like grinding her teeth, what would cause her to do that?

There are two kinds of teeth grinding. One is grinding their teeth in pain, and the other is when you are petting them and they tooth purr because they like the petting. I guess they could tooth purr for other reasons too. Just means they are happy. I would guess your bun was tooth purring

Thank you! I was thinking I was doing something wrong or something :/ my minirex is trying to get use to the new bun but I don't want to keep them together because Thumper (the mini Rex) was acting strange and it was making me nervous.

And Thumper isn't neutered so.. yeah, together would end badly.
