Are they allowed to eat cardboard?

I gave my bunnys a carboard box which they love to hide in and sleep in but now they ate most of it. I also give them toilet paper rolls and they eat that too. I also gave them a bed made out of straw and thats completely gone too. Will cardboard harm my bunnys?

How fast are they eating the cardboard? Cardboard is "safe" but they shouldn't eat too much of it at a time.

If they are eating large quantities I'd remove them from the cage and only give them the cardboard while under your surpervision.

It takes my rabbit a few days to "eat" a TP roll.
