Another baby Lion Head problem

One of the baby Lion Heads (now 17 days old) has white bumps or scales on its skin. They have been there since it was born, the other 2 don't have it, and it does not wash or scratch off. Its hair is growing in fine and covering it. Any ideas on what it might be? It is mostly around the head area. I have done a skin scrape for mites and it is negative(if it were mites I would expect all 3 to have them).


As much as a headache as these have been I cannot not wait until the babies are weaned and I can rehome them and Mama.(Mama bunny was a pregnant rescue)

Unfortunately they are about hidden by all the hair he has. I will try to get a pic.
