NOT INTENDING TO BREED AN OLD RABBIT.
So here is my question, obviously a rabbit reaches an age when she is retired from breeding (usually around 3) but does a doe actually stop being capable of getting pregnant like people do at a certain age? Only a curiosity question, not for breeding purposes.

No, rabbits, like most animals, are fertile until they die, unless some medical condition comes across.

One of my breeding does is 7 now, one 4 and the 3rd 2yo.

When your goal is maximum productivity and growth rates replacing does at 3 years makes sense, since their litter sizes tend to get smaller after that (my old girl had 8-9 kits, now it's down to 5-6), also they might need more time to recover.
