Hello
I have a Doe that is 35 days pregnant
Fur pulled on day 31 but no babies yet
She has had babies previously and had them day 31
She is very aggressive
Can still feel babies alive?
I have tried all I think I can put a buck near her cage and she went crazy and started making loud squeals
Nit sure what to do next ....

I’d say if she doesn’t have them within the next day to ask your vet what to do. Try making the room dark, most rabbits have their kits at night, so that will trick her into thinking it’s night.

She is in a outside hutch so it goes dark pretty early in the evenings, I have just been out to her again she is still very angry but is eating. Just cant understand what's going wrong :( I have rang vets and they have said to call back in a few days x

If you’re able, I’d suggest housing her inside to monitor her better, it’s up to you though. Are you sure she’s pregnant? You said you can feel kits? If not it may be a phantom pregnancy. All my lion heads had their kits on day 31-33 so it is definitely strange for her to not have them already. Definitely keep us updated, I hope everything goes smoothly.

At day 35 most times it's quite obvious if they are pregnant or not. they are lounging on their side more often and then it's quite obvious if it isn't a really small litter.
You can give her lavender to help induce labour, and some calcium (a Tums, I sprinkle a pinch of ground up egg shell over their food when they are due).

I also make sue they can exercise if they want, which is sometimes a tightrope act when they are digging tunnels like armageddon is around the corner, had to relocate tunnel nests twice.

What I try to avoid to do is stressing her, like by bringing her to the vet (as long there isn't something wrong, you might want to talk to your vet if you can come on short notice if something gets wrong) or moving them to another enclosure. Not always avoidable, it always depends on circumstances.

She has had a litter previously she had 6 nice sized babies, I have thought about moving her inside but she really is to aggressive she is eating really well we are on day 36 and still nothing I have felt her babies moving inside on day 34 haven't felt them since I will have no other option to take her to the vets this evening to see what's happening :( I can only think are they stuck? I will try some lavendar today
She sits hunched in the corner up until I open it then she runs away from me this rabbit has never ever been aggressive this was her nest she made day 31 she has added to it since

Ok, for me sitting hunched up in a corner would be a reason to see the vet under that circumstances if making her hop around doesn't work, but I'm lucky that the vet is just 5 minutes away.

Yes she does need to see a vet ours is also local but getting an appointment isn't so easy after 25 minutes on the line yesterday it ended. I have work till 3pm but will take her for an emergency appointment this evening
