outdoor rabbit housing

My bunny lives in an outside hutch. The hutch is two stories with a ground level on concrete and his top level has a small room, partially enclosed. I cannot bring him inside, so I’m trying to get his hutch ready for winter. He hates bedding though! I’ve tried a pillow, fleece blanket, shavings...

my bunny has recently developed a habit of biting the bars of his cage. i especially notice it when i come near his cage. any idea why he would be doing it? do u think he's bored? maybe he doesn't get out enough? he lives in an outdoor cage. any advice would b appreciated. thanx!
