This morning my Rex sounds "wet" with gurgly noises in his throat and chest. He makes the noise whenever he's moving around -- kind of like a child with a cold. Are there any drope, powder or medications that I can give him until I can get him to the vet tomorrow?

I went to play with Paco, my rabbit and he's snoring/grunting. I've never heard this noise before. His eyes are clear, he has normal energy and there isno eye or nose discharge. Should I be worried? It's Saturday afternoon and the vet's office is closed. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
