If you bunny is laying relaxed and grinding, she is happy. Painful grinding is very different. You would know. They normally do not want to be touched and will many times sit hunched up or just look uncomfortable.

Aww, she is adorable. She resembles my guy, Dash. This is him at 5 months when I first adopted him. I commend you for adopting your next bunny!! Wonderful she is spayed too. That is certainly going to make bonding safer.
