Shadow likes giving me heart attacks

My boy does the Dead Bunny Flop almost daily, but fortunately he always knows when I am looking at him and gets up. He looooves giving me a heart attack. Sometimes he flops so much that he's almost on his back and his little legs stick out in the air, those are the ones that scare me the most...

My bun loves anything that he can chew on! I've come to realize since I found this forum that can be pretty cheap too. For instance, and cardboard box that I already had around the house. He is going nuts tearing it to pieces; he's so happy he's even binkied! On his pen I have a metal stick that...

    Bald spot.

I am wondering if maybe a little sour apple spray on the afflicted bun's fur would help? I don't have any myself so I am not sure if it is safe to actually put on an animal, but if it is it might deter your male from licking her so much. I wouldn't cover her in it, just a little around her bald...

    Rabbits digging in litterbox

Some people have used the plastic grates (like you put in your sink to dry dishes). You just put it in over the litter and they can't dig.

    Soooska's Bunny Burrow 2009 - 2011

Susan, I just browsed through your blog and wanted to let you know. Your bunnies are so lovely, and very lucky to have you! I just looooove Daisy Mae; she's positively precious! :heartbeat: Also, all your little blankets and pillows are darling. I think my Luke would just eat them all, haha.

    nail trimming

Have you ever tried to trance your bunny? If you sit on the floor with her in your lap, she might feel more comfortable; I know mine does not like being up in the air. There's some resources here that might help: http://rabbitsonline.net/view_topic.php?id=15229&forum_id=17 Best of luck!

I'm in Clermont, about 15 mins from Disney World. I go to the beach as frequently as possible, it's my favorite place on Earth. I used to live in Daytona and went all the time.

Help! Caring for a very young wild bun

I'm no expert, but I have been in a similar situation. I live right next to a conservation forest, and have gotten a couple of baby buns from my dogs. From what I can tell, he/she looks fine and definitely old enough to survive, with you or in the wild. If you still would like a little guidance...

    Hello from Florida. :D

Thank you! I don't have too many pics of him because I always get horrible red eye. I'm hoping to learn how to fix that soon though.

    Hello from Florida. :D

Hello, I'm new! My name is Lucy, but people often call me Mermaid or Lulu. Anything you want to call me is fine. I am 22, married, and I am the main caretaker of an almost two year old bunny, he's seal point but I don't know his breed, named Luke. His story is a little complicated... It started...
