I just got a new bunny, and I’ve caught her sneezing randomly a couple times. It seems to pop up more after she smells somthing or noses around in her hay or pellets. My other two eat the same hay, and don’t sneeze that I’ve ever heard. Should I be concerned? Her nose has a tiny bit of clear snot at the base of it, but I wouldn’t have seen it had I not take a look with a flashlight. Also, her eyes aren’t runny, she also acts perfectly healthy besides the sneezing. I’m going to schedule her for a check up at our vets office next week, but they’re closed now until Monday.

If the discharge is clear, then it usually is just a tickle in her nose. Could be some fur or a bit of hay that is tickling her nose.

If the discharge is anything other than clear, that would be indicative of an infection that would need vet treatment.

My last rabbit did this, it seemed to improve when we changed her bedding. She originally had wood chips but this seemed to make her sneeze so we were advised to use "Back to Nature" pellets. It seemed to do the trick.
