Hi everyone, I was wondering if it can harm my rabbit if he just eats hay for one day. I went to feed pellets tonight and saw that there wasn't any left! I'm going to the store tomorrow morning so he'll have breakfast :) but today, he had very very minimal pellets (the last of the bag) and lots of hay. He's almost 5 months so he's still on an unlimited pellet diet. I didn't want to give any veggies because yesterday he had lots of lettuce and some broccoli and carrots. Anyway, will he be okay for the night after not eating pellets all day?

Yes of course. One or two days of hay without pellets won't starve him, just get him back on his usual diet as soon as you can. :)

Yup, he'll be fine. The one thing that you never want to run out of is hay. Going without their pellets or their greens for a day or so won't do any harm. It is the hay you never want to be without. :)

of course! I doubt that'll ever happen I have TONS of hay always ready for my little hay monster :) he loves his hay though, more than his pellets I think :)

I have received this too! I fed him a lot of hay and a lettuce leaf and he was OK...
