    Finding a breeder in California

    Finding a breeder in California

Hi there, I was wondering if there were any good resources anyone could point me to towards finding a breeder? I'm mainly looking for breeders in California that specialize in Otter colored Netherland Dwarfs or Mini-Rexes with black eyes. If truly necessary, I could also fly, though I would...

Thanks for all your responses. What do you think would be the best way to go about getting a rabbit that was exactly the same?

    Dealing with Allergies

I avoided getting the shots because I had heard even if you got them for 10 years they would never truly be permanent. I got discouraged. With allergy medicine the side effects seemed bothersome at the time, I guess that might be optimal. Do there tend to be any long term effects?

    Hypo-Allergenic Rabbits

I think it was the rabbits I was allergic to, I get the same thing with cats too. Dogs, not so much. I wanted to get a nethie with the fur of a Rex because I wanted to see him again, but I didn't want to be allergic to him anymore. I'm sure the Rex is a nice rabbit, but he doesn't tug at my...

    Hypo-Allergenic Rabbits

Hi there, I was wondering if there was such thing as a hypo-allergenic rabbit? I heard there were hypo-allergenic cats that cost $10,000 dollars. (http://www.allerca.com/) Which I also heard was a scam. I know there is the option of a rex rabbit or mini-rex for people with allergies, are there...

    Dealing with Allergies

I wanted to get a rabbit, but I have allergies. I heard there were some things that could help, but I wasn't sure how much they helped. If you want a rabbit you are allergic to, how can you make it bearable? I was looking into HEPA air filters and found this one Rabbit Air MinusA2 SPA-700A...

What type of rabbit is this?

Their fur isn't rexy at all, it's pretty dwarfy. Their weight is maybe 3-4 pounds? I'm not sure. They're as heavy as they look like they'd be. I wanted to get one that looked exactly the same. Only I have allergies. So I wanted to see what breed mix it was, and if it was possible to...

What type of rabbit is this?

Thank you for your responses. They're fully grown in these pictures and both male too. Do you have any idea what sort of rabbit mix they could be? Netherland Dwarf/Dutch? http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_the_most_common_rabbit_breeds Since it's from a pet store I'm thinking it would be a...

What type of rabbit is this?

Hi there, I was hoping someone could help me. I was told by the salesperson at a petshop that these were Netherland Dwarfs. Are they Netherland Dwarfs or a mix? I thought they looked different from normal Netherland Dwarfs in that they were slightly larger, their ears are longer, and the head...
