A few months ago when I first adopted my bun one of her toenails fell out (or was chewed out). There was a lot of blood and it really freaked me out but after I cleaned it up it was fine and there were never any other problems with her foot. Is this a common thing for bunnies?
The only time my bun's cage door is closed is when we're sleeping or no one is home to supervise. Even then she usually just stays in her cage. Hot summer and being older = lazy bun bun.
