Bunny (The name stuck, lol) finally has his teeth on a routine cutting schedule and his sniffles are gone completely. He's being scheduled for a neuter not this week, but the next. Should I insist on pain meds if they don't send them home?

We've got it all sorted out. Me and my partner were layed off for awhile. But she's been hired back on at her old job, withouta pay cut (So at her old pay), and with full time hours. So things are going to get a lot better. My mother has also told me that she wants to keep Fresca as her own...

Not really. Nobody has shown any interest. If I can't find her a home, I'll have to keep her. I just feel bad that she doesn't get as much time as possible.

I'm not sure of any rescues in my area that may be able to take her. I have had a lot of serious personal issues come up in the last couple days. And with these developments, and other recent events, I'm afraid I will not have enough time for her, nor a place for her to go. She is unaltered...

Those hutches are really cool! Our neighbor has a Jack Russel who I haven't seen loose, but I'll count him as a predator. And a raccoon, but are raccoons a threat to bunnies? If you think they aren't sturdy enough, then I'll definitely use hutches. We already have one, I just like the look...

I stand corrected. The diet she's on is LabDiet: http://www.labdiet.com/ And it IS an alfalfa based product, which I wasn't aware of. I've not had her long, and am just feeding the food she came with, which was in a big bag. The Chin that I got from the same place is on Mazuri, so I assumed...

I can cut down on fruit. She doesn't get very much. And she doesn't get alfalfa. The pellets are Mazuri.

My bunny is getting the same amount of food she was getting when I got her. She gets 1/3 cup pellets each day. And she gets unlimited hay. She was on orchard grass when I got her, but it had A LOT of very prickly bits, so I have her on timothy hay now. She also gets veggies, and small amounts of...
