No I havent seen her gather anything at all.
Shes just been playing around and running all over the place.
She seems happier when shes not around the male at all. lol
Okay, I seprated them right after i posted this thread.
But since I dont have 2 cages at the moment I'm leaving the
male in the cage and the female out is that fine?
Also how could i make sure of their gender? I tried turning them
over to check but they are very fluffy and its hard to tell then...
I have 2 lionhead bunnies that are almost 5months old.
Ive had them since they were 3 weeks old. They've been getting along
fine though one trys to mount the other and is starting to rub on things.
I havnt checked if they were male or female but im pretty sure ones a male
inless females do that...
Thank you everybody! I'm going to get a couple of litter boxes and stop
using bedding for their whole cage. I will use cardboard and towels and
buy a lil bed for them. So should i use bedding for their litter boxes?
I keep getting different kinds of bedding because it gets stuck to my lil
bunnies fur especialy since their lionheads with lots of fuz! Is there any
kinda bedding that wont stick to them? Also ill just add this in.. I want to litter
train them they are 8weeks old ...how can i start this?:?
I posted a long while ago about some bunnies I got from a breeder that sold
them to me at 3 weeks old. I was so worried they wouldnt make it but they did!
They are now 8weeks old and are very strong and healthy! The black one is Ayu and the white spotted one is Mio. They are both lionheads. :D...
One of my baby bunz likes to come up to me and a few other people and start licking them. Not just one or two licks...more like...a lot. Its weird. Why does he do this? My other baby bun doesn't do it. :?
No i havnt been having to refill the bowl of pellets at all. I put alittle bit of oats in with the pellets and they eat those but i donno about the pellets.
Veggie wise...i use to feed them veggies once or twice a day. But i cut back to just to just a very small amount once a day.
I'm not sure if their eating the pellets though.
I see them eating hay, veggies, oats and drinking water...but im not to sure
if their eating the pellets. How can i know if their eating them? what do i do if their not?
They seem to be doing really great veggies though I haven't had any problems
with them for 2 weeks. The breeder already
had them on veggies and their mom was eating them. Should i still stop the veggies?
Should i also stop giving them oat meal?
Okay. Problem is fixed. It wasn't as bad as i thought.
Well the breeder was feeding them veggies. So i feed them some of that but im cutting back on them after this happened...i do not want them getting sick.
but they have unlimited pellets and hay and water and alittle bit of oat meal.
I got...
Today I checked on my 2 lionhead bunnies that are 5 weeks old. When i picked
up one of them it had poop stuck on him. I tried taking it off with a warm wet towel
but it wouldnt come off! Is there any way that i can take it off easily???
