How to get your rabbit back in his cage when he's playing in the garden

We're currently using a little bell to get him in the cage after which we give him a snack, and that seems to be working really well. But, we haven't tried it outside yet as the weather hasn't been that good lately. Curious whether it 'll work outside as welll..

How to get your rabbit back in his cage when he's playing in the garden

Thanks so much everyone! I'm going to buy a clicker and get him trained. We don't even have a food routine.. Haven't been too smart about raising him, I guess! I'll let you guys know how the training goes..

How to get your rabbit back in his cage when he's playing in the garden

Hey, The thread title says it all... I'm having some troubles getting Franky back in his cage when he's out in the garden. It's too hard to catch him - he's quicker than me and I'm also afraid to hurt him if I'm too rough. I've been able to catch him a few times when he's hiding beneath a chair...

    Something's up with Franky's ear

Hey Watermelons, thanks for your answer. The vet took a sample of the crust, looked at it with his microscope and concluded it was just a scratch, not ear mites. He did give 'm some antibiotics and a anti-parasite thingy.. I hope it's indeed not mites! I'm still gonna keep an eye on it, but he's...

    Something's up with Franky's ear

Okay, after some googling I think it might be ear mite (early stage) and I booked an appointment with the vet. I'll keep you up to date with further developments if anyone's curious!

    Something's up with Franky's ear

Hi, We noticed, while petting him, that Franky has some crusts in his ear (on the inside). Do you know what these are? He's also scratching his ear more often than usual. So something is definitely going on. Do you you have any idea what it is? Should we go to the vet or is this gonna pass by...

Possible Hair ball but he's still eating

Hey guys, still wanted to give you an update. Yesterday, all of the sudden, Franky wasn't eating, drinking, pooping or washing himself all day. In the evening he had become very lethargic as well, so naturally we went to the vet. She massaged his belly and noticed he had a lot of gas. She also...

Possible Hair ball but he's still eating

I didn't take him in the end because the vet near me apparently has an 'emergency Service' on saturday as well as sunday so I thought I could wait a bit longer. He's actually laid quite a lot of droppings by now! Yesterday Evening and this morning.. So maybe he's digesting the Hair quite well...

Possible Hair ball but he's still eating

Hi, I've done something stupid. So, Franky is currently shedding hair and I regularly help him out by removing some of the loose hairs of his fur. However, the day before yesterday, he picked up a bunch of hair in his mouth and took off with it. I'm not sure he ate it, but I couldn't find the...
