Thats awesome! I'm glad you are able to keep him :)

    Misbehaved

Sounds like a case of hormones to me. My little baby girl bun got this way when she became a "teenager." Spaying should take care of these issues.

    Rabbit treat: is it safe?

These are probably some of the best store bought treats you can buy for your rabbit. I only buy Oxbow treats, any other treats I give to my rabbits are fruit. I feed these a couple times a week, no more than 2 a day. Exactly how old is your rabbit?

Still won't use the litter box

I agree putting him outside is not the answer. I meant more of like a spare room or someplace where the others you live with won't see him. But if it is indeed evident that you are not able to keep him, I would bring him to an animal shelter or humane society. Most take rabbits and small...

Still won't use the litter box

If he or she still hasn't been neutered or spayed, there might not be much change in litter box habits. Your rabbit looks to still be very young, they are not all that great with the litter box at this age. Is there anyway to express this to the people you live with? Or keep the rabbit someplace...

    Need bonding behaviour help

Same thing happened with my little girl as I bought her from a pet store when she was a baby. I was mostly the only one who interacted with her, and she chose me as her "mate" and used to run circles around me and give tons of kisses. She would tolerate the rest of my family but you could tell...

Want to get second bunny, need advice

Definitely a spayed female would be the easiest to bond with him. Sometimes male/male pairings get along, but your chances are better with a female.

    Please help with pellets !

Any type of the Oxbow pellets are good. There are four types of Oxbow pellets currently. The Bunny Basics/T, for adult rabbits 8 months-1 year and older, then the Baby rabbit kind for rabbits younger than 8 months, the Organic Oxbow Pellets, and the most expensive kind being Oxbow Natural...

    Crash needs a bath

As mini said, those Howcast videos are a very good reference if you have any other rabbit related questions. They were filmed with the House Rabbit Society Education Director Mary Cotter, and actress Amy Sedaris, who is also a long time rabbit owner. Heres a the link to the HRS page where...

    Crash needs a bath

As others have said, rabbits don't need to be bathed unless they have poopy butt (which is the result of another issue altogether). If he just has some juice spilled on him, take a damp cloth with warm (not hot) water and wipe off the area that is sticky. He will do the rest when he grooms...

flemish giant wants nothing to do with us

I am having the same problem with my newest addition. He is an approx 1 year 4 month old male rabbit we adopted. He will come up to us on the floor. He will allow pets occasionally, but normally he grunts if we get too close or he isn't in the mood. I'm hoping he will come around with patience...

Old Bunny - Quality of Life Question

Chikky, I am in the same situation as you with my 12 year old girl. She has been having trouble grooming on her hind legs, and itching her ears is hard because she loses balance. Always seems to be urinating all the time. The vet wants to do a blood panel to check and see if she would be...

    Hello

Wish I knew forums like this existed when I got my buns over 10 years ago! It would have been a big help :) Welcome!

Yellow wax like substance in rabbit ears?

It's rough with senior buns :/ I love my girl so much, but I just want to keep her quality of life up to par. Have you had molar spur issues with any of your rabbits? If so, did they ever come back? I'm thinking hers are due to old age and her jaw moving around because her bones aren't as...
