My 10-year old rabbit had some runny poop last night, which I think may be caused by the food I was feeding her in addition to too many treats. She seemed to be feeling badly this morning, and was hiding under my dresser when I go home from class (never seen her do this). She also had some gurgles in her tummy. I took this food away from her and gave her only hay, romaine lettuce, and carrots. I also gave her a 5ml dropper of water in case she was dehydrated, and .3ml of Simethicone (infant gas reliever). She is eating all of her veggies now and seems to be feeling much better, hopping around and no more gurgles. However, I am worried because she doesn't seemed to have pooped since this morning. Should I be worried about her? Maybe it will take more time before she goes?
Any advice would be appreciated, I've had Apryl for over ten years and it would break my heart to lose her over my mistake. Thanks.
