Will a rabbit get an infection from pee and poop if just neutered?

Hey guys, louie just got neutered today and I had a plan as to how I was gonna make sure everything was clean by hello hello here comes a problem. Mom didn’t let me wash his blankets that I was gonna put. I’m not sure what to do now. I have no other ways to make sure he won’t get pee everywhere. I have some pee pads but he’ll just end up ripping them.

If he's not active and eating yet, he most likely won't mess with the pee pads. So you could use them until he starts feeling better.

He’s actually eating now. He’s eating more of hay and veggies. Some pellets too. I put all his foods so he could pick what he wanted. He seems a bit more active now.
