Wild cottontail nest in garden, baby rabbits keep falling in bricks

Can an adaption be made so they can get back. Always feel it's best to leave the truly "wild" alone.

Are the other 4 anywhere to be seen? I don't know really how you would deal with it.. but maybe if you have rubber gloves you can just put them back in the nest. Are their eyes open yet? I personally would just keep putting them back in the nest.. but that's just me. It may or may not work.

Put them back and let them be. All youre doing is increasing the chance.of making your own rabbits sick.
