Which probiotic is best?

I'm going to get a probiotic sent to our accomodation in london so I don't have to hunt one done, but which is best? From my understanding Benebac isn't available in the UK? I'm also going to get some nutrical and critical care seems my mum failed miserably at getting me some when she was in the states Any quick answers? I'm hoping to order them before 1 so they can be dispatched today.
