When to Spay/Neuter??

My two boys and one girl are all the same age, 1 year and 5 months old. I've been tight on money for a while and I just wanted to know how late i can fix them. Also, one of my boys has pasteurella (i think), and i was wondering if it would be safe to neuter him or not. Thanks.

As long as they are fully and completely separated (no boy girl playtime or anything like that), you can speuter whenever.
They have been capable of reproducing for almost an entire year by the age 1y, 5 mos.

I cannot speak to the pasturella issue... I'm sure someone else will have a response, though

The pasturella should be cleared up before a neuter. Is he on any antibiotics?
