When is a good time for her to stop being limited to only a small part of my room after spay surgery?

My bunny got spayed on Dec 7th. On Dec 11th, she was bleeding a bit so I took her back to the vet. She had been chewing on her stitches so they glued her back up and sent me home with a shirt to put on her.

She's usually free roamed but right now she's confined to a small corner of my room (she hates it). How long until she can resumed being free roamed? When she is free roamed, she does jump on my bed to sleep there. I feel bad that she has to stay in there.
