I'd guess some kind of rex mix, based on the overall body type. He's on the chubbier side though...it may be best to cut down on the pellets a bit.

Hi Dan, He looks like a mixed breed of some sort. Also looks like your rabbit has a double broken color gene (that is giving him his spots) but is not a showable color pattern for most breeds so he's defiantly a pet bunny

He looks a lot like our little guy Finn who is a part rex mix with the same markings around his eyes and ears--he's also a mid-size at 5 pounds and very well rounded as he's never met a food he didn't like.
