What the heck is this?

My bunnie had babies this morning and while she was walking around she made this mess on my floor, does any one know what it is?

She did this like 8 hours afterwards that's why I dunno if it's connected with the birth at all?

None of mine have ever had babies. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Does she seem like she's okay?

If it's a round glob about the size of aquarter, it's a placenta. Thedoewould normally eat itunlessit falls through the cage floor.It's hardtotell from the photo, but it could also be an undevelopedkit -- you would be able toeasily tell uponcloseinspection if it is a kit still enveloped intheamniotic sac.

I would say it is not after birth. It looks like and undeveloped fetus.

Kinda looks like an undeveloped kit to metoo. Never had that happen with any of my does before, and Ihave had many litters.
