What plants are safe?

I'm looking to get some plants for the apartment and would love some bunny-safe ones. Anyone have any thoughts?

Funny chain of events:

1. Built cage behind couch
2. Winston wants to climb on top of unstable cage
3. Built wooden frame around cage so that it's strong enough to act as a sofa table
4. What a great place for plants!
5. Winston WILL eat any plants I put back there...

What about cacti and other plants that protect themselves? Or am I just going to have to grow kale on my new "sofa table"?
