Hi Marwan, this could be caused by malocclusion (teeth that are too long) or other tooth/mouth issues. I've even heard of it being a symptom of mouth breathing. I would suggest a vet checkup to ensure it doesn't escalate into causing issues with eating and leads to stasis.

Drooling is most commonly caused by dental problems. Check the front incisors to make sure they aren't overgrown, but it's also possible the back molars have developed sharp points that are causing ulceration in the mouth resulting in the drooling. Other possibilities are tooth infection or something sharp stuck in between the teeth causing irritation. Checking the molars for sharp points, for an infected tooth, or a stuck piece of food, usually will require a vet to do it, as well as to fix the problem.
