I finally found the brand of food i had tried a while ago. I stopped it because my rabbits were eating like they were starved... I mean so much so that they were aggressive when I would feed them and they would scratch the bowls out of my hands and run to eat it...

Do youhave an ideawhy that would be?

I fed that to my bunnies for over a year without any problems. I only stopped because I can get Oxbow. Get the timothy stuff if you can, even thought it says for less active rabbits, it should be fed to adults. I think that something in it makes it almost addictive to bunnies.

That's what I feed my bunnies.... Martins LESS ACTIVE ADULT Food, the one with Timothy meal. I bought the 5kg size.
I feed each bunny 2 Tsp in the morning and 1 Tsp at night. Anymore they get excessive cecals.

Oxbow isn't available here, unless I drive out to Calgary to get some.

Martins has two brands of pellets and their bags are almost identical.

The brand that youhave is probably the Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal that your bunnies are going crazy for. Alfalfa is not recommended for mature rabbits, but they chose it over Timothy.

You can check the ingredients when you buy your next bag of pellets to be sure.
