These bunnies are 5 weeks old and parents are pictured in the first 2 pics. I am having a hard time understanding all the different colors. I also am not sure if my doe is a single mane lionhead or a mixed breed. The breeder said she was purebred but compared to my double maned male she does not have much mane at all. Also at what age can you tell if they are single or double maned if I did not check when they were born?
I am new to rabbits and trying to best inform there potential homes when we l
rehome them in 3 weeks.

Honestly, neither parent looks purebred to me. Buck looks like a lionhead cross. Doe might be a lionhead/californian cross.
Buck is broken black marten color (more specifically, that pattern is called false charlie). Maybe a broken seal marten or broken sable marten. Hard to tell. Doe is californian color.
For the babies I see two siamese sable (they are that dark black-gray color as babies then get their lighter shading as adults), one broken smoke pearl marten, one broken sable marten (again, both of those have false charlie markings) and one smoke pearl marten.

Thank you for your input. I plan to neuter my buck and the buck we plan on keeping. Also informing the possible homes that they are mixed breed pet quality. They are great pets and we did not intend to breed but my daughter decided to let the Buck free roam the house together on a few occasions without permission (she is a teen). Thanks again for the knowledge.
