Hello!
I'm not the best with colors (my guess is some sort of chocolate magpie? I've honestly got no clue, haha), but I love the Vienna gene! I don't think he's VM, unless he has blue eyes (can't tell from the photos). He might be a VC, Vienna carrier, which means he carries the gene, but doesn't show it. This would mean he wouldn't have any white Vienna marks either (I'm still learning, so experienced Vienna breeders, correct me if I'm wrong!).

Some mixed breed rabbits can get very different fur color. I had a rescue bun who was a dwarf mix. She was a harlequin with what I would've called Vienna marks if she had blue eyes, but she didn't, so she just had white socks and a little white nose.

He is a very handsome boy though!

He have odd eyes, so half blue and the other half really dark brown nearly black. Which it’s quite funny because my other buck also have odd eyes. Both I had no idea they had different eye colors.

Huh, interesting. Well, he’s a beautiful boy, and I’m sure his eyes only make him more handsome! I’m sorry I’m not much help with his color.

Vienna mark doesn't necessarily have blue eyes, just the white markings (and sometimes vienna in the pedigree) is enough to confirm a vienna mark. (In some cases it's hard to tell between residual white markings and vienna but here this rabbit has large markings in a breed that commonly has vienna, so I'd feel pretty confident saying it's vienna regardless of pedigree)

He's definitely vienna marked, but beyond that it's hard to tell. Either a sallander or torted magie would be my guess. (He's coloring is a bit uneven and dark for a sallander, but a bit too even for a torted magie)

He have red pupills , maybe that can help.

Tri-color Vienna-Marked; Blue or Marbled blue eyes (sometimes with a ruby cast-your red pupils only shine pinkish when the light hits them a certain way) and white markings are the signifiers of Vienna Marked, Vienna Carriers dont have the blue eyes.

Ohhh does he have banding of color where it goes completely across his entire body (a strip of color from belly to belly running across his back) like if you were to draw a bumblebee bee - (torted magpie), or mismatched lines of coloring the same way across the back -spine area being the relative separation of color (torted harlequin)? I'd say that it would be easier to tell color wise with an in the ear pic to see for shading and you could also check for color ring banding in fur if you wanted to know more specifics, could be anywhere from Seal, Chocolate, to Blue depending on the results there the lighting here is a bit off to be able to tell much more and his colors are diluted so it's a little difficult to say. Could just be a VM- Torted Harlequin.

Trying to figure out the color so I can write it in the insurance for him.

Oh he's so handsome, jeez my heart, that marbled eye is so pretty! Thanks for the extra pictures!
I'd say VM- Harlequin (Black/Orange) after checking several color classifications. His colors are as I mentioned before diluted, so hes probably the result of a couple of generations of breeding different colors of harlequin. The mottled gray/white patterned fur gave me pause as this is typically represented more in Magpie's, known as butterflies in terms of the genetic marker, but is also found in Broken and Harlequin as well.
Given your new pictures you can clearly see in his patterning the alternation of color from mid-back towards tail that he's definitely Harlequin, the white present however is just due to the Vienna gene - Shoulder/Collar/Chest, Nose/mouth, and paw.
He's probably a result of mixed coloring harlequins having the colors diluted with chocolate and cream harlequins being bred into his lineage with Vienna Marked coming into the genetic line either through parent or grandparent.

Interesting colors.
From seeing the other side of him I'd revise my answer, and call him a Vienna marked sable magpie. (the sable gene turns what would normally be black on a harlequin into sable brown - see a siamese sable rabbit - and turns what would normally be orange on a harlequin into white). With the placement of the white on the shoulders I'd almost call it broken or vienna, but broken and vienna usually have cleaner edges to the markings, not the brindling that you see on this rabbits front left foot, right cheek, ears and right side of the back (note: I still call this rabbit vienna, because of the eyes. I'm just saying that the majority of the markings are likely not caused by vienna. I think the lower part of the face stripe, and rear left foot might be. Anything that has a definite clean line between white and colored is likely caused by vienna). Because of that brindling, I'd call it magpie. The red tinge to the pupil (in last picture) and shading on the head also indicate a sable based color. Sable based rabbits physically cannot produce orange pigment and are therefore always magpie when they show up with harlequin markings.
