what color is yankee

Yanke is a buck he is Minirex/Lionhead what color is he in the bunny world ?

Im gonna try to get a better pic I just brought him in and am noticing alot of a orange or rust color in his coat

Hard to tell - looks like a sable chinchilla (which is classified in the agouti variety group).

Yeah, it's tough to tell in that pic if he's agouti or something like tort. Do the hairs have black tips? Or do they seem to be mostly one color over the whole hair?

Mostly one color over the whole hair I see blk grey white and then the rusty color I know nothing about the colors so I hope this helps

He does look like a sable chin. If you blow into his hair, you should see a distinct white band on the hair, then a black tip. Those bands of color are what make him a part of the agouti color family. The white belly also is an agouti trait.

Sable chins do have a rusty-grey appearance.

umm a little Yankee is a darker grey than yours but Im so confused lol I didnt realize there were so many colors out there

I just know his hairs are all individualy colored they dont start out one color and the tip is another color

He has blk hairs
white hairs
and then that rusty orangish brown color
