He's kind of difficult. He looks like the hair around his head is longer which would technically qualify as a mane. But he very specifically has a wool cap. The sweet small breed that has a wool cap is a jersey wooly. I might say a mix between the two. But do you know how old he is? If he is you get than its possible his saddle fur hasn't molted yet. I forget what age this happens because I don't raise lionheads but I would try to look it up

I found out at 4 months of age the lionhead rabbit will finish moulting its baby coat and there will be a break between the mane and skirt (http://mylionheads.tripod.com/id10.html). It also looks like a Wool cap is allowed in lionheads.

Here are the weight standards for the lionhead:
Senior Buck & Does - 6 months of age and over, not over 3 3/4 pounds.
Junior Bucks & Does- Under 6 months of age, not over 3 1/2 pounds. Minimum weight 1 pound 10 oz

and for the Jersey Wooly:
Senior Bucks and Does–6 months of age andover, not over 3½ pounds(1.588kg). Ideal weight 3 pounds(1.36kg)
Junior Bucks and Does–Under 6 months of age, maximum weight 3 pounds(1.36kg). Minimum weight 1½ pounds(0.680kg)
