What breed is my bunny?

I have a rescue bunny. He is obviously part lionhead, as he has a partial mane that is constantly changing, sometimes it's longer or shorter, sometimes it sticks straight out or gets long enough to fall to one side or the other, etc. He is between 5.5 and 6 pounds, and is full grown (almost two years old). His fur is very soft, but notvelvety like a rex.He is really smart. What is he?
