Hi.This is my rabbit Gary. He's probably about a year old now, although the picture is about 10 months old. He's about 6 pounds. I've done some looking around at breed photos, and I figure him to be an American Sable. His wonderful soft fur has gotten a little darker then in this photo.
What breed is my bunny?

He looks like a sable Rex or Rex mix.
Purebred American Sables are larger. They're not very common andtheir coat is a little longer (a rollback coat).
Pure bred Rex are also a little larger, but I've seen some small specimens.
Rex fur is very short, soft and plush. (About 5/8 inch long)
