I'm not a big Christmas music person.
But I've been listening to Tori Amos' new winter album, "Midwinter Graces." It's not a Christmas album, per se, but many of the songs are based on traditional holiday hymns, then re-tooled with a mind toward ancient winter ceremonies. There's a big emphasis on light ceremonies. Even so, the whole feel of the album is very holiday. Beautiful music, overall.
ETA: Also in my rotation is "Chris Isaak Christmas," more usual Christmas carols, but with a delightful Chris Isaak sound. I'm also considering picking up The Mediaeval Baebes' "Mistletoe and Wine," I got a free download of their version of The Coventry Carol that is really nice.
