I am not sure what cheap if for you.

But as long as your bun is under 5 pound this is a great size cage for me it was expensive and I finally found a deal at 65 bucks.

I hope that helps or a NIC cage which they are pretty inexpensive

someone will come along with a link to the cubes you can find them at wally world Target coscos and a few other places.

There those very inexpensive shelving unit people use in dorms and stuff

I was actually in the very same predicament up until about a week ago. I'm buying a flemish giant towards the end of March, and findinga sutable cage for a decent price presented a challenge, but after some brainstorming and hours of Google research, i found these

this is a dog play pen with a walk in door. Each panel is 24'' wide, so it can be shaped into a 4'X4' square, plenty of room for a bed, litter box and room to play! it's what i have decided to buy for my new friend :)

but if you're not planning on getting a bunny as big as mine, this may work for you also

it comes with a mat to place underneath...it doesnt include the handy door feature that the other does, but is still a great deal :)

i would also suggest Ebay to find cheap pens, but only with the warning that the dog pens starting at 99 cents sound like a fantastic deal, but often go for far more than what they are worth by the end of the auction, and also look out for "AMAZING DEALS" for cages selling for 1.99$ etc, but in fine print have 50-60$ shipping...

good luck, and i hope i helped!!

If there are any small animal farm auctions within driving distance from you, you can get some bargin used cages once a while. I've only beentwice because the closest ones I know are about 90 miles away. I was able to get some nice rabbits at $5 each.

Good luck with that Audrey. Not to discourage you - but I think that is what Alicia has my two girls in while they're with her...and they've jumped out.

Oops - meant to add - I've had flemish jump out of my pen that is like that also - Athena did it just last week and she's not usually a jumper.

i didnt know flemish were much of jumpers! lol
well thankfully if that does become a problem, theres a wire top you can buy for it that relatively cheap as well :)
