Weird Peeing stance

I know I rarely show up, but I would like to ask a question.

My lil bunny Heime (4 years old) likes to stop mid-walking and lift up her butt to pee. She especially tends to do it when she is walking away from me. I have a feeling that if I can figure out the issue, then maybe there won't be pee all over the cage.

Is this a behaviour thing, or a potential medical issue?

Does she seem like she is straining or in pain when she does it? It's possible that it could be a medical issue, otherwise maybe she is for some reason marking her territory, I'm not sure though. Might be worth getting her checked out at the vet.
