Watery eye and thick mucous

I have a new foster bun. She's a tiny albino rex. She saw the vet before I got her because she had thick mucous developing in her left eye, and her right eye is very watery.

The vet prescribed Ofloxacin/mucomyst solution for her eyes (twice a day), along with warm compresses and massage ducts daily for 10 days.

It's been 4 days and I haven't seen much of an improvement. Is there something else I can do for her eyes? I saw someone here post something about Chamomille tea bags awhile ago. Would this work for her?

Keep doing what the vet prescribed, but you could use chamomile tea bags as a warm compress, I guess.
