I'm trying to find a vet near my area..and i dont know where to start..?! Do i search for Vets or Animal Hospitals?

Look in the yellow pages of the telephone bookunder veterinarians. The adds will give you lotsofinformation. Some will evenhave their web sitelisted. Some vets list that they see pocketpets. Pocket pets include rabbits. If youare looking for a vet that is open after normal business hours , youwill need to look for a clinic or animal emergency center.This is a good way to get started in your search for a vet. The House Rabbit Society has a list of recommended vets http://www.rabbit.org/

If you can find a vet near you on their site, try contacting a localchapter of the House Rabbit Society so they can recommend someone toyou.
