So my bunny had surgery to his third eye lid a month ago, and after that they told me i had to give him Soligental for a week....
Tho after finishing the treatment as the surgeon told me, Uveitis started to kick in...

Brought him to the vet again and he gave me:

Baytril and Meloxidyl for a week,
Acular for 11 days and plasma for a week

Near the end of treatment his eye was way better, wasn't full red as before, just a white film remained caused by the infection...

at the 13'' day i was continuing Acular just to be sure but then i noticed, on the bottom of his eye a red spot that was starting to coat his eye from below...

I think infection started again,
Tomorrow i'll bring him to the vet, in the meantime he told me to start again the medication with Baytril

Looks like Baytril was keeping down the infection, Acular by itself can't contrast the infection....
Tho i gave my bunny the meds as the vet told me to....but no matter what this infection keeps coming back
What do you think? Is it normal for Uveitis to keeps striking again so frequently?
Or maybe my bunny needed a longer treatment, since infection starts only when there is no antibiotic in his body

It may be your rabbit needs to be on antibiotic eye drops and a rabbit safe oral/injectable antibiotic for much longer. Maybe a month or even longer than that.

It's also possible that there is something much more serious going on with the eye, to the point where the eye may even need to be removed. That last picture, the eye looks pretty bad. One of my rabbits got an eye infection that wouldn't clear up and eventually destroyed the eye. The eye became white and marbled looking from the infection taking over, so she had to have eye surgery and have the eye removed. You might want to see if your vet can consult with an eye specialist if you need a more expert opinion.

OOw Sdang that would kill me, he has gone already trough so much pain poor boi

But my vet is the one who made the surgery... he's the only one available in my country except a few others, and it's available by car in 2 hours of travel
Now i'll have to go each week to him just to take PLASMA

Damnnn those are the days where i wish for a PLASMA MACHINE
