My 7 month old started leaking urine tonight. He has been eating and drinking and acting completely normal. What does this mean? 13D0CFB3-AD0A-459C-B2D9-B0C4A4E33D95.jpeg

If he's not neutered (or even sometimes with neutered rabbits) and is spraying the urine, this is territory marking and/or hormonal behavior.

But if he is definitely dribbling urine(ongoing), and especially if there is a urine soaked bum, the urine is beige or brownish, if there are spots of blood in it, if the urine is thick and creamy or pasty, and/or if he's showing signs of straining to pee, he could have a UTI and/or bladder sludge and will need to be checked by a knowledgeable rabbit vet.

Thank you for your reply/resources! There didn’t seem to be any spraying, it just sort of fell out of him as he hopped along. He seemed about as surprised as me to notice it on the floor. He was neutered in mid-December but I have never found even a drop of urine outside of his pen since late October (when he was still getting acquainted with his litter box). The only change I’ve made lately was that I started reducing his pellets over the last six weeks or so, and this week started mixing his young rabbit food with adult pellets. After a few more dribbles when I returned him to his pen last night, it looks like he made it through the last few hours just fine and he’s been roaming around for about 20 minutes without any. He still seems completely normal and his urine looks to be his normal. It just doesn’t feel hormonal/behavioral…do you think just keep an eye in case something is brewing? This is my first rabbit and I know things can escalate very quickly.
