Hi there My rabbit Has not been herself for the past 4 days, she’s been shaking her head and itching her ears quite a lot and she also seems to itch her face quite often she’s been laying down quite a lot ,usually she’s a lot more energetic I don’t know if it’s to do with her dental disease as shes showing the signs she usually shows when her mouth hurts she’s also on metacam for her teeth issues. Although through all this she’s been eating all her pellets, drinking normally, doing the healthy normal amounts of poos, urinating normally and when I bring her vegetables into the room she’ll come zooming up honking as per usual which is strange as she seems unwell but as soon as I bring food shes like her normal happy self then once shes eaten it she’ll go back to laying down and not like her usual self Has anyone ever experienced this before ?

Provided the increased lethargy isn't just due to high environmental temperatures, and with there being excessive ear scratching and head shaking, she could have ear mites or an ear infection, or possibly elongated tooth roots causing some pressure and discomfort. I would suggest having her checked by your vet. Or if you need a specialist, Beaumont Sainsbury Camden is recommended in the London area.

Medirabbit: ear mites

Medirabbit: ear infection clinical signs and treatment

This is the best picture I could get of inside her ear there seems to be a lot of ear wax and dryness does this look like mites to anyone ?

That does look like it could be the start of ear mites. You can see a photo of something similar in the medirabbit article. Only way to know for sure would be to have your vet check it out. There may be an ivermectin spot on that's otc, though I prefer using Revolution/Stronghold (selamectin), as I feel it's a safer and more effective antiparasitic. But it is a prescription med in the UK, so would require a visit to your vet.
