unexpected color change of new hair in senior bun

My rabbit chloe has had many health issues over the last few months. She lost most of her belly hair,the hair on her feet,especially the tops. She had a few patches fall out on her face between the eyes. Her front legs both lost most of their hair. The hair that is growing back between her eyes is WHITE pure white. She is a black english angora that i have had since birth and shes never had any sort of white hair. The hair thats regrowing elsewhere is coming in very light grey almost white. She had an eye ulcer back in april and when the hair regrew back it came in as expected black. But this for some reason is strange. What would cause something like this? Keep in mind she looks rough. shes been through a lot since april and shes still recovering. Shes lost a lot of hair,I do brush her and it just comes out. Shes been seeing the vet almost weekly since april.
