TSC not carrying Equine Fresh anymore. Is this substitute safe?

My dad picked up some pellets that looked the same as Equine Fresh though. Just making sure they are safe.

They should be okay.

Basically you're looking for the "kiln dried" feature, if they're pine pellets.
The drying process eliminates the harmful content of the pine wood.
