Thuringian?

Hi everyone. I have a new dwarf lop, that Ithought was just a mixed breed. But in a book about dwarfs I found apicture with two or three pictures just like him, and they calledtheirs a Thuringian. I haven't been able to find out anything aboutthat name since. Can anyone enlighten me?

I think Thuringian is also a forest.... so, maybe that's where they're from???

Do you have any photos of your rabbit?

There is a large breed from Germanycalled theThuringer.

I have heard the term thuringian dwarf/lop used on rare occasion, butit seems to refer more to the tort color than an actualbreed. Maybe someone will have better info to offer . . .

The only information I could find was about a Thuringer/Mini Lop mix.... maybe that's what she has?

This is definitely a noodlescratcher.
