Thumping

I have a question..... I know Bunnies thump whenthere is danger and when they are angry But I have my male and femaleseperated since the birth of thier kit... well yesterday I had Annabel(my female) in the play yard and Baby (my Boy ) was watching in hiscage and they both started thumping????? Is this some sort of matingthing??:?

Probably more of a territorial/aggression/warning thing going on. Thats my opinion...I never noticed any thumping due to mating.
