About a month ago, I took Kimchi to the vet because of a infection under her dewlap. The infection was due to her repetitive dipping her whole face into her water bowl. (I have now moved her and Tofu onto large water bottles.) After she was sent home with antibiotics, she healed quickly. During the time I took her, some of her third eye lid was showing. I know stress and illness can cause them to show. My vet checked her eyes and teeth didn’t seemed to find anything wrong. A month later her third eye lid is still showing. She’s acting completely normal. She’s active, eating more then a horse, and is her normal affectionate self. The eye doesn’t seemed to bother her. My vets not taking any non emergencies due to COVID-19. Has anyone dealt with this? Also to note, she usually gets very nasal this time of year in the spring but she hasn’t done so yet, so could it be related to allergies?

I don't have much experience related to this in rabbits, although sometimes easily stressed rabbits will display the third eyelid briefly when stressed, exhausted, or too hot. In cats, where I've seen this a little more, it can be caused by seasonal allergies or a respiratory infection/cold. Good luck, hope that helps!
