I bought a few chew toys for my rabbit.
But it seems that she doesn't like them.
So, I would like to ask that if eating hay is enough to keep her teeth worn down and healthy?

It took me a few tries to find something that Rue would chew on. I have bought her every sort of chew thing out there. In the end she would rather chew on cardboard boxes and toilet paper rolls *sigh* She also likes those teething key things for babies. She only has those though when she is supervised.n

Yes just hay will keep a bunnies teeth healthy. Mine were not into toys, but will chew cardboard and toilet paper rolls. Also I get them hay mats, which they love to rip up and chew. So they do rely mostly on the hay to keep their teeth worn and healthy. I've had no problems here with teeth.
